Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our growing client is seeking to hire a Sales Manger with 10 years of experience in UAE – The candidate has related experience in Inflight Amenities – Textiles: Duvets, pillows, blankets, headrest covers, table linen, Amenities: skincare, wash bags, spa products, washroom soaps, and hand creams, meal Service: disposable cutlery, disposable meal packaging.

We are heavily focused on sustainable, recyclable, biodegradable products (e.g., recycled PET blankets; plant-based cutlery; sustainable bedding (made from Beech trees and Eucalyptus; skincare and washroom products with Ocean plastic/compostable packaging and who can introduce new products to our company.

• A clear understanding of the Inflight Amenities business strategies set goals and determine action plans to meet those Sales goals.
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• The ongoing training of your salespeople.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
• Identify new upcoming Hotel projects and business opportunities to increase sales.
• Conducts daily sales calls, arrange sales meetings, and hotel site inspection, explain Product line to new clients, and provide samples.
• Able to provide Quick and timely responses to existing clients, and immediate communication for long-term business relationships.

Requirements

Requirements and skills

• Should have obtained at least a bachelor’s degree in business management or related professional qualification.
• Must have a minimum of 7-10 years of working experience and thorough knowledge of the Inflight Amenities / Airline Supplies industry.
• Must have a Driving License (UAE)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
