Sales Manager - Jewelry

Job description / Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the jewelry stores' operations and sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry, exceptional sales skills, and a proven track record in retail management. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall store environment.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability
• Develop and implement promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer footfall
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance and appeal
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the jewellery business
• Must have a valid UAE Driving license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work in different locations as needed
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
