Job description / Role
• Demonstrate role model behaviours and commercial competencies for the commercial Organization to aspire to
• Meets country sales financial objectives by realizing New Business and Repeat Business targets; forecasting requirements; assists in preparing annual budgets;
• Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
• Drives performance by applying the appropriate leadership style, motivating team members for continuous improvement through hands-on coaching, consistent evaluations and positive feedback.
• Provides guidance and guidelines on segment- and transactional pricing to the sales team to maximize customer profitability.
Requirements
• The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in the lighting project sales.
• Prepared to Travel in the MENA region.
• Candidates need to have strong knowledge of the retail lighting sector.
• Applicants must have excellent spoken and written English, Arabic would be advantageous.
