Job description / Role
Sales Manager up to 16K AED for a Luxurious High-rise Residence in Dubai
• Open for European, Arabic and Asian candidates
• Male/Female, 35 years old below
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent similar experience required
• Minimum 2 years or equivalent experience in Sales, preferably in Hospitality / Real Estate and Serviced Residences industries
• Effective sales skills to up-sell products and services
• Knowledge of Event Technology products and services
• Knowledge of contract management and legalities
• Broad understanding of facility management (sanitation, maintenance, operations)
Requirements
• Strong customer development and relationship management skills
• Displays emotional maturity and sensitivity in dealing with others
• Operates with integrity and objectivity at all times
• Extremely organized and demonstrates good planning skills
• Outgoing, pleasant personality and guest-oriented
• Demonstrates leadership qualities
• Should be able to work long hours with minimum supervision
• Strong communication skills
• Can speak Arabic is advantage
