Sales Manager - Medical Insurance - Abu Dhabi
Our client is recruiting a Sales Manager responsible for the sales of medical insurance. A leadership role managing a small sales team reporting to the Branch Manager. Abu Dhabi based role in a rapidly expanding international organisation with multiple business lines globally.
As the Medical Insurance Manager reporting to the Branch Manager you will be responsible for:
• Establishing and manage successful relationships with insurance companies
• Negotiating the terms, rates and commission for various policies with the insurance companies
• Updating sales team with regards to documents and requirements for various policies and assist them in closing deals
• Preparing proposals and quotations according to the needs of the client
• Providing first-class after-sales services and policy management
• Providing pre-underwiting for all medical insurance products
Requirements
• Have a minimum of 8 years experience in insurance sales specializing in medical insurance
• Have extensive knowledge of processes, procedures and operations of insurance companies and brokers
• Have extensive knowledge of the medical insurance market, local laws and practices of the market in UAE
• Have excellent customer relationship skills
