Position Title: Sales Manager – MICE
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
An upscale 5 Star hotel based in Deira Dubai.

Job Description
- Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created.
- Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.
- Direct the food preparation process and delegating tasks.
- Assist the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes.
- Supervise, motivate, and work closely with other Chefs of all levels.

Requirements

Qualifications
- Open to Asian and CIS nationals
- 30 to 45 years old
- At least 3 years’ experience in the similar role from at least 4-star hotel or any luxury hospitality brand
- Must have connections, current and potential clients and own car
