About You: We are looking for an experienced Off-Plan Sales Manager to join our high-performing sales team at DRE Homes, a leading real estate agency in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving off-plan property sales, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed targets. You will work closely with developers and investors to offer the best off-plan properties available in the Dubai market.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the off-plan sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns for off-plan properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and key stakeholders.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of off-plan projects, including property specifications, layouts, pricing, and market trends to clients.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation and property viewings to contract negotiations and final sales closure.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales campaigns with brand messaging and market positioning.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and Dubai’s real estate regulations.
• Monitor and report on team performance, sales metrics, and market insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for property transactions in Dubai.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sales support.
Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Off-Plan Sales Manager or similar role within the Dubai real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan property market, trends, and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership skills and experience managing a sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• A customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Valid UAE Driving License
