Responsibilities of the Sales Manager role :
• Driving sales growth by maintaining and increasing the sales of the company's product range.
• Establishing sales targets for individual team members and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Crafting effective sales strategies, setting clear objectives, monitoring team performance, and motivating team members to achieve and exceed targets.
• Oversee the negotiation and finalization of contracts and agreements with clients.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key account customers to assess performance and identify opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to enhance their performance and skillsets.
• Conduct regular reviews, provide coaching, and support the professional growth of team members.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills for the Sales Manager role:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in the FMCG sector with a proven track record in sales performance.
• Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Expertise in developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to market dynamics.
• Specific experience managing the pharmacy channel is essential.
