• Dubai - Sales Manager - Property Developer
• Dubai based role
• 25,000 – 30,000 AED per month basic + Commission
About The Company
• Client is an established Developer in Dubai specializing in the construction of branded Residences.
• The role will be focused on to promotion and sale of residential apartments.
• All units will be completed prior to sale.
• This position IS NOT FOR a Developer you have already received a call about working for.
Salary:
AED
25,000 to 30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Duties
• People management and motivation
• Generating sales through direct marketing and referral partners
• Liaising between channel partners
• Managing a sales team
• Attending exhibitions and events
• Launching new developments and ensuring full understanding of all USPs
• Account management
• Recruitment
• Reporting
• Process management
Requirements
• Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 5 years property experience selling UAE Developments.
• An established personal network in the Middle East, preferably within the property and wealth management sectors
• Proven track record of business growth
• Experience and confidence in managing institutional investors and bulk purchase situations
