Job description / Role
• Sourcing and securing new business with the aim of developing a pipeline of potential sales.
• On-going training to improve sales techniques, product knowledge and marketing skills.
• Responsible for all advertising and marketing of own property portfolio.
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships, including high-net-worth individuals.
• End to end management of the sales process from the initial listing and marketing stage, to negotiating the terms and handover.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• European Nationalities preferred.
• Experience in Real Estate is required.
• Male / Female.
• Should be currently located within UAE.
