Job description / Role
Client is tier 1 developer in Abu Dhabi who have acquired a large amount of land in order develop high-rise mixed-use towers, malls and residential villas. They are looking for a Senior Sales Manager with ABU DHABI experience to set-up a small team ready for the launch of the new developments.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage a small team of real estate agents and hit the financial targets set by the Sales Director
• Offer advice and motivate Sales agents to close deals.
• Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
• Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve. .
• Perform human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, hiring new staff and transferring or dismissing seasoned staff.
• Prepare employee payroll, budget and inventory reports.
• Conducted weekly sales meeting
• Marketing - planning, budgeting and coordinating events or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for the office.
• Plan, design and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limits
• Participate in key result area and key performance indicator review processes to establish areas for improvement.
• Maintain a high professional and ethical profile in accordance with industry and company standards
• Endeavour to maintain an understanding of both local and national real estate markets
• Perform duties to a high professional and ethical standard
Requirements
• A minimum of 15 years Real Estate Sales Experience
• A minimum of 8 Years in Sales Management
• A minimum of 5 Years in Abu Dhabi
The role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills; the work involves frequent contact with potential and existing clients, sales staff, Directors and the Chairman. The role also requires someone who can show initiative, discretion, diplomacy, and strong negotiating skills.
