Charterhouse is working with a global client in the technology space which provides software solutions tailored towards a diverse array of industries. Our client is looking to recruit a Sales Manager who will oversee a regional coverage, focused on growing out their Hospitality portfolio of accounts. This role will be based in the Dubai regional office with regular travel across the GCC.
Our client is seeking a proactive and driven Sales Manager who can bring strong knowledge and local market experience delivering revenue growth for software/technology sales. This role will be heavily geared towards leveraging an existing network of decision makers within the IT function of major hospitality groups to promote our client’s product offerings and solutions. Acting as the main interface for the business, the Sales Manager will work closely with internal colleagues to answer any product related queries and conduct partner demos which result in converted leads and new accounts onboarded. The role will involve regular travel across the GCC markets and consistent monitoring of competitive activity to stay ahead and adaptable where necessary to changing market conditions. Additionally, there will be regular supplier events taking place across the region to attend on behalf of the business such as trade shows and industry related conferences.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should hold a Bachelors in Business or a related field with a minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in software/technology sales with strong knowledge and working experience handling hospitality accounts in the UAE or wider GCC. Our client is looking for someone who possesses excellent stakeholder management qualities and the ability to inform and influence decision making at all levels. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a results-oriented approach with a passion for innovation and customer success.
