Job description / Role
Quest Search & Selection is working with a multinational consumer company and they are looking for Sales Manager to join their dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The position shall work closely with direct partners and focus on improving Channel Management and consequently improve sell-out in order to achieve sales target across different allocated retail key accounts.
As the Sales Manager you must have the following:
* Achieve sales targets through improved Channel Management
* Improve and sustain the KPI on in-store share of their products
* Lead role in the end-to-end account management of retailers across the region
* Assists in setting up the yearly Sales/Marketing budget with retailers, closely monitors the progress &
* sets up remedial action / campaigns if necessary
* Maintains excellent relationships & communication chain with retailers.

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree - Marketing/Business Administration/Sales - Master's Degree in Business Administration is preferred
* At least 4 years of experience with an MNC/FMCG in Channel & Key Account Management
* Ability to perform and work under different conditions and a team player
* Existing knowledge of TV industry in UAE
* Good networking with the local industry
* Extensive sales thinking and pro-active
* Strong account management skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
* Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
