Job description / Role
Manage and lead the sales team, to increase the conversion rate to sales and overall sales in value, and come up with new ideas/opportunities to increase the reach and improve sales (B2B, etc.)
Key Accountabilities
• Manage the UAE Sales team (team 1) and creating an additional sales team in Egypt (team 2)
• Reach the sales targets
• Plan the sales cycles
• Manage and motivate the sales team
• Monitor and report
• Ensure optimal customer experience
• Follow up on payment collection
• Audit and improve processes to improve efficiency
Hybrid ( 3 days Al Ain, 2 days remotely)
Salary:
AED
15,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Bachelor degree in business, sales or marketing
Experience
• B2B and B2C sales experience
• Leading a sales team
• Long sales cycles products or services
