Sales & Marketing Executive

Job description / Role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the Sales Director in driving sales across the Region whilst assisting with Trade Marketing integration for the Middle East & India.

Our client is a multinational retail business in the premium to affordable luxury sector, they are currently expanding their team in Dubai due to continued success.

Description
* Develop and drive sales in the region in line with defined targets
* Identify new channels to expand the business and develop strong relationships with key accounts
* Responsible for ongoing reporting, analysis of sales and gathering market intelligence
* Perform market visits to gather market knowledge regarding new practices and competition
* Seek new opportunities within existing networks to increase brand visibility
* Adapt the global brand strategy to the local market
* Follow up with key distributors on trade marketing executions
* Conduct training programmes

Requirements

* 2 years experience in sales, ideally in a distributor environment with a Luxury or Premium brand
* Regional knowledge of the Middle East and India is essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Autonomous and self-motivated
* English fluency is essential, knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
