Sales & Marketing Manager

Our company is looking to appoint a Manager of Sales and Marketing who will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our company and brands. As a successful employee, you will be assigned to identify marketing trends and growth opportunities, as well as creating marketing materials and advertisements. You will work closely with clients and consultants and will present the company's products to increase brand awareness and create sales opportunities for the company.

To be chosen for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree and prior work experience in administration, sales, or marketing. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.

Sales & Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
• Collaborating and working closely with the managing director, sales team, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
• Identify marketing trends and key opportunities to participate in the ongoing projects.
• Frequent visits to clients to hold presentations and to assist the sales team.
• Understanding company product and brand.
• Creating marketing materials and assist Marketing Coordinator to maintain the marketing database.
• General office duties and providing administrative support to the sales team.
• Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
• Registration of the company and its products in various institutions such as consultants, industrial and government sectors.
• Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
• Organizing market research.
• Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.


Sales & Marketing Manager Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Marketing, Business or related field.
• Familiar with water treatment and pumps is an added advantage.
• Sales and marketing experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Good organization skills.
• Digital marketing experience is a plus.
• Frequent travel will be required.
• Loyal and trustworthy.
• Presentable and elegant.
