Job description / Role
This position is responsible for developing the Strategic Sales and Marketing plans and to ensure the plans are rolled out.
You will develop strong relationships with clients and be able to listen, understand and accurately articulate the customer’s need in to a service offering. Ensure clients demands to be satisfied.
Develop and maintain the H&G prospects list whilst actively targeting potential customers and generate direct sales leads for the H&G.
Requirements
• Shall possess necessary project and strategy experience in sales & marketing and a minimum of 5 years Sales & marketing or operations experience and at least 2 years of that in the UAE.
• Knowledge and experience of working in and with marketing agencies and specialist media communication vehicles. (Media, PR, BTL and ATL)
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers and agencies to maximise budget spend and constraints.
• Aware of the trends in the market-place and seeks to deepen knowledge of industry issues and drivers.
