Job description
- The five rights include providing the right merchandise, at the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities, and at the right price

Job Purpose
- Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
- Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs.
- Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
- Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, and stores to ensure proper execution of plans
- Creating and organizing promotions and advertising campaigns
- Managing the educational materials for training employees
- Managing layout plans of store and maintain inventory of products
- Gathering information on market trends and customers’ reactions to products
- Analyzing sales figures - reporting growth, expansion, and change in markets
- Creating displays in a retail store and training staff on product knowledge
- Our responsibilities include using shelf placement strategies and in-store displays to market a product and maximize exposure to customers

Requirements

Qualifications, Experience Skills
- High school certificate.
- 2 or more years of experience as a Merchandiser
- Good in communication (speaking, reading and writing)
- Good in figures & numbers
- Ability to work long working hours.
- With or Without Driving License
- Loyal and Trustworthy
