Sales Officer

Job description / Role

A leading Bank company is actively recruiting a Sales Officer for their Umm Al Quwain office.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and sell the portfolio to potential customers.
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain customer rapport and build relations with customers.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Banking within the UAE Market.
- Strong customer service and sales skills meeting KPIs.
- Expertise in Credit Cards, Personal, Mortgage, and Auto Loans.
- Must have a valid UAE driver's license.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
