Sales Operation Executive

Job description / Role

• We are looking for sales operations executives, who has experience in any manufacturing units or industry,
• Female preferred, Indian national with UAE or Indian experience required
• Responsibilities include preparing sales quotations, invoices, packing lists, and export documentation such as COO, SGS approvals, Bill of Lading etc.
• Looking candidates who has experience in sales coordinator with export documentation

• Minimum Graduation - Commerce preferred
• 2-4 years experience in sales operations and export documentation
• Fluent in English with strong communications and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft - Excel and Word
• Must have experience coordinating export to EMEA and Americas
• Ability to work under deadlines, manage reporting task and coordination with Productions/Logistics Teams

Salary:
AED 3,500 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
