Job description / Role
• Responsible for issuing reservation forms with approved sales prices,
• Obtain further sign off’s and approvals from Sales Manager/ Head of Commercial, receive booking amounts from Property Consultants/ Clients
• Issue sales contracts as per company policy
• Create sales contracts on relevant systems and specify all installments dates and other charges.
• Collection of payments from clients, liaising with Finance to obtain receipts and update systems along with update of related documentation
• Follow up with clients for Sales and Purchase Agreement and obtain signed off copies.
• Creation of approved addendums and follow up for client signature
• Ensure all internal and regulatory procedures are followed accurately
• Coordination with departments within the company and clients for preparation of property handover
• Complies and maintain control records to verify completeness and accuracy of data
• Maintain a soft copy of file index for easy reference
• Update data on existing ERP and Maintain a robust material master-data in the SAP system
• Liaise with Accounts department for Invoices/ Receipts related to Sales and Property Registration Details at RAK Land Department
• File keeping and archiving property and company documents
• Maintain an accurate and up to date filing system ensuring that all relevant documentation is on file
• Produce weekly and monthly reports as directed and required by management
Requirements
• Have at least 2 years of experience in similar positions in the Middle East preferably with a leading Company
• Property developer/real estate company experience will be a plus.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Interpersonal & organizational skill
• Information retrieval & indexing, Filing & archiving
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in MS office and internet use
• Knowledge of SAP
• Fluent in English
• Arabic is a must
