Description

* Oversee all aspects of sales operations, including systems, logistics, pre- and post-sales processes, events, and reporting.
* Develop and implement operational strategies to support sales objectives and business plans.
* Lead the sales operations support team, establishing clear goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
* Improve sales processes and operational efficiency to enhance overall performance.
* Work closely with senior management to align sales operations with broader company goals.
* Supervise property showings, client meetings, and transaction processes to ensure a seamless customer journey.
* Act as the escalation point for complex issues, providing strategic solutions.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
* Identify areas for improvement in sales operations and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
* Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of sales operations.
* Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality and customer experience.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

* Minimum 10 years in sales operations, with a focus on residential real estate in the GCC region.
* At least 2 years in a leadership role.
* Real estate/development.

Skills & Competencies

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal & written).
* Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
* Ability to convey information effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
