Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This role is accountable for achieving the goals of Sales & Network Development department and making, organizing, implementing the sales plan according to the target and market demand.

Responsible for the Australia sales plan and sales forecast.

To set and executive the manufacture plan, make the on time shipping.

Responsible for dealer wholesales work and support the dealer on time delivery.

Ensure the optimal sales and volume planning under consideration of strategic, volume and contribution margin targets and factors.

Review all sales report and actual data to monitor sales situation in comparison to budget/ forecast plan and feedback volume related concern and propose necessary actions. Review cost data validated by control for raw materials, purchased part, labour, direct expense, logistic cost, design and development, manufacturing allocation.

Consolidate Segment data from all available competitors’ data in the market/segment.

Determine product portfolio (cars & options) and prices based on market potential balancing volume/profit targets and taking into account centrally derived targets.

Review the price & volume planning, financial controlling and necessary adjustments on derived price targets. Consult internal (sale and Marketing) & external (Dealers, Agency & Service providers) parties in terms of alignment of all communication activities according to product lifecycle, positioning and profit/volume targets.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years working experience in sales plan making in Middle East market.
- Good communication and written and spoken English skills required.
- Good knowledge of computer skill (MS Office)
- Good communication skill
- Planning and Analysis skill
- Team working skill
- This position will be based in Dubai, intensive travelling would be required.
