Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The purpose of this position is to lead and champion the sales Management Operating System (MOS). Drive a value based sales culture by optimizing sales tools and processes. Manage the planning analysis and reporting of the sales organization (AOP, Sales Planning, forecasting). Continuous utilization of change management strategies and tools to drive adoption. Provide streamlined communications. Support management of Incentive/ Quotas for region. Assist with sales training and review meeting logistics.

Responsibilities:
- On time implementation of new sales processes and policies, reinforcement, training and maintenance of those existing
- Day to day support to Sales leaders on Growth initiative deployment and implementation
- Liaison and quality tracking with SSC and back office teams on support services and on time reporting
- Assisting the team to maximize process improvement opportunities and performance
- Provide analysis and support to justify resource requirements
- Maintain and deploy sales tools and provide local training to support implementation
- Production of monthly sales metric reports and sales process communications

Requirements

- Minimum Associates degree
- Previous work experience driving process improvement in sales or operations
- Data analytical skills
- Basic finance acumen
- Honeywell process knowledge
- Six Sigma green belt trained
- Work in sales organizations would be useful but not essential
- Ability to interact and build relationships with sales leadership and other HBS team members
- Ability to acquire and demonstrate sales process knowledge to meet the requirements of the role
- Ability to apply knowledge and understanding of HBS sales processes to develop solutions that meet customer’s requirements
- Must be able to work with limited supervision and direct other team members
- Good communication both written and verbal
- The ability to work under pressure
- Strong commitment to process improvement and sales best practices
- Process mapping with Visio or similar
- Knowledge of Sales CRM systems an advantage e.g. Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of HOS would be an advantage
- Previous experience in implementing an initiative or process preferred
