Requirements

• The Promoter position is located within a robust FMCG environment, and in a company that sets out to create loyal consumers for its brands by exceeding their evolving expectations at the time of promise, purchase and consumption, and as a result, positions itself to be rewarded with category leadership and sustainable profit growth.
• The Promoter is expected to carry out the full scope of activities and processes in the assigned outlets in line with the company in-store excellence standards (sampling activities).
• This role calls for a well-groomed staff member with competent merchandising skills.
• The Promoter should also be able to build relationships with in-store customers effectively.
