Openings for Sales Property Consultant in Dubai
• Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e mails.
• Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets.
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals.
• Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
• Advise on forth coming product developments and discuss special promotions to the brokers.
• Build good Working relationship among Brokers and Clients.
• Understand the core values of the company and its goals.
• Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities.
• Present the product favorably and in a structured professional way face to face.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 Years experience in Sales with real Estate Background
• Experience: 1 - 10 years
• Good experience in Sales with real estate background
• Good Communication in English.
• Flexible to work.
