Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Document creator (Quotations, LPOs, POs, Tax Invoices, etc.)
- Maintenance of documents in soft copy and hard copy
- Supplier price analysis
- Reports to management
- Emails to suppliers
- Logistics Coordination

* All formats will be done on Microsoft Excel. Sufficient training will be given to the right candidate.

Requirements

- Candidate should have a great attitude and spirit, conducting themselves with utmost respect for management and peers.
- Candidate should be extremely proficient with Excel including formulae and formatting.
- Perfect grammar and spellings are required for this job.
- Candidate should be diligent and be able to pick out minor and major errors in documents.
- Candidate should be efficient with their time.
