Sales Recruiter – Dubai Real Estate

Huaxia Real Estate is a fast-growing brokerage in Dubai, focused on building high-performing sales teams.
To support our growth, we are hiring an experienced Sales Recruiter specialized in senior real estate agents.

The Role :

This position is fully recruitment-focused.
• No HR
• No admin
• No paperwork

You will:

• Headhunt and recruit experienced real estate agents
• Manage the full hiring cycle: outreach ? interview ? offer ? onboarding
• Work directly with the Sales Director and team leaders
• Hire at scale while maintaining quality
• Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality, retention)

Important:

• This role is strictly for recruiting real estate agents
• No general HR responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• Proven background in sales recruitment (real estate preferred)
• Strong understanding of commission-based brokerages
• Experience hiring senior / producing agents
• Confident communicator with closing skills
• Fast, structured, KPI-driven mindset
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
• Based in Dubai or open to relocation
