Job description / Role
• Engage consumers in stores to encourage product sampling and distribute product samples to potential customers to try offerings before committing to purchasing.
• Apply promotional tools to build product awareness, create consumer interest and stimulate product demand.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of the products in-store to guide and educate customers
• Communicate clearly and displayed positive energy and professional outward appearance to foster a welcoming environment.
• Set up product displays before demonstrations and check after completing presentation to maintain attractive sales space.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns by listening attentively, identifying root issues, and implementing the best resolution possible while collaborating closely with the instore team on stock availability and execution of planograms
Requirements
• 40 years old and below
• Must have at least 1-year work experience in the same role preferably from a manufacturing company
• Excellent negotiation and selling skills
• Target driven
• Immediate joiners will be prioritize
