Our client is looking for a Sales Representative who will be responsible for promoting and selling products, managing client accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, persuasive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by promoting and selling cherry products to new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Conduct regular client outreach, follow-ups, and meetings to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Negotiate pricing, prepare quotations, and close deals in line with company guidelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Participate in promotional events, product presentations, and seasonal campaigns to boost sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, fresh produce, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
