Job description / Role
The right person for our team will have a positive attitude, understanding of the luxury business and be capable of managing a number of tasks on their own.
The role requires diligent hospitality skills, attention to detail and an understanding of fine jewellery. Any certifications in gemstones and jewellery, or experience with the sales of complex jewellery sets will be highly regarded.
Our small, friendly team are professional and busy, and are hoping for a person with a similar sense of dedication will become a part of the team, who is ready to work hard and jump in to help on a variety of tasks.
The main responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming high profile customers, understanding their requirements and preferences.
- Maintain records of customer details and preferences Managing custom and bespoke orders Processing payment, certifications and insurance requirement document.
- A pleasant disposition, good communication and customer relationship skills and high enthusiasm level are important.
- You must have excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Arabic speakers will be highly regarded.
Requirements
At least five years experienced in sales. Speaks and write English confidently. French is an advantage. High familiar with MS office software package. Must be proactive and positive Must have some flexibility with hours on occasion to suit customer requirements.
