Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Perform sales & marketing activities effectively, maintain business volume and gradually speed up business growth.
• Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
• Developing an in-depth understanding on different medications and high success rate in product listing in Hospitals, Key account Pharmacies, Pharmacy Chains.
• Handle product management, create awareness and heighten brand image in the target market
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives, delivering results under stiff competition, and providing ongoing service leading to add-on sales and long-term customer loyalty
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
• Negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Understand the prevailing market trends and issues; analyze its impact on the business in the long run and further devise, propose strategies for growth
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements

• Graduates with relevant qualifications in Pharmacy or Medicine preferred.
• Enthusiastic and Dynamic with proven expertise in domains of Sales Marketing, Business Development, Client Relations, and Customer Service in the pharmaceutical sector having min 3 to 5 years of experience in the above field in Dubai or Northern Emirates.
• Specialized in OTC pharmacies.
• Having Own relations with the Customer including good relations with Key Accounts.
• Knowledge of MS Office and other ERP software
• Strong Interpersonal, Organizational and Negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
• Prioritizes work to meet set goals and objectives.
• Models’ high standards of honesty and integrity.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations
• Fast learner and quick thinker
• Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
• Must have valid UAE driving license and own a car.
