Sales Senior Executive - Cleaning and Maintenance Services

A cleaning company in Dubai is looking to hire a motivated and results-driven sales executive with 5+ years of experience in the cleaning and maintenance industry in Dubai to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Knowledgeable with the market and various services in the related industry.
• Have a good customer Network and maintain and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and industrial cleaning sectors focused on increased profitability and customer satisfaction
• Prepare and present tailored cleaning service packages to meet client needs.
• Prepare sales quotations and proposals, make sales calls and on-site client visits
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to understand customer demands, opportunities and competitor activities.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and cost-effective service delivery.

Skills and experience:
• Must have 5+ years’ of sales experience in the cleaning industry or related industry in Dubai.
• Must be career-driven and able to communicate appropriately physically and remotely
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Must have people management skills with the ability to support, motivate, develop, and lead a team through regular coaching
• Has strong communication and Negotiation responsibilities to generate new sales leads
• Knowledgeable with UAE government regulations
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or marketing or a related field
• UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: structured sales commission
