Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Handling customer’s inquiries and requirements for Laundry Equipment Spare Parts.
- Identifying the parts requested by customers in their inquiries.
- Preparing Sales Quotes and pricing to customers.
- Processing customer’s orders from the date of receipt till delivery.
- Liaise with Logistics & shipping dept. to ensure that customer’s orders arrive on time.
- Coordinate with logistics dept. for delivery of parts orders to customers upon arrival.
- Following up closely outstanding sales quotes with customers.
- Make analysis for the monthly sales to customers and find out deviation from monthly targets.
- Approach new clients and increase customer’s database.
- Receiving phone calls and recording complaints in clients record in the system. (Ask important details such as model and serial number of the machine, company name, location, contact number, contact person. If client says that the machine is under warranty double check in the software to make sure that the machine is still under warranty).
- Make Daily schedule for all technicians in coordination with service manager.
- Filing all important documents and service orders for future references.
- Sending reports to S.M. for posted service invoice, AMC invoicing, AMC hours spent, and calls received for the week.
- Coordinating with technician and customer if assistance is needed.
- Reimbursement of receipts spent by technicians using their own money.
- Attendance monitoring of the technicians
- Following up with technicians to know the status of all assigned jobs for the day
- Entering Data to the software and closing service orders
- Preparing the AMC Contract once the contract has expired and filing the contract copy for future references
- Entering of AMC customers into the software (Contract Agreement) to be able to invoice.
- Raise invoice for AMC customer when due and paid services
- Following up with customer’s payment dues to help accounts department.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: Bachelors Degree
- Nature and length of previous experience: at least with 2 years UAE experience in sales and service.
- Specialist knowledge: Knowledgeable in handling ERP system
