Vacancy: Sales Specialist (New Clients)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00
Format: Full-time, office-based
Compensation: Fixed salary + KPI-based bonus

Who We’re Looking
MIRAD Group is looking for a sales specialist with at least 2 years of experience in a similar B2B position. The ideal candidate is a confident negotiator with strong communication skills, the ability to guide clients from first contact to contract signing, and a deep understanding of client value.
Responsibilities:
• Responding to inbound leads (ads, referrals, website, social media)
• Conducting online/offline consultations to identify client needs
• Preparing commercial proposals and calculating service packages
• Leading negotiations, handling objections, and guiding the client
• Closing deals: ensuring contract signing and payment
• Maintaining CRM (Bitrix24): tracking statuses, uploading docs, analytics
• Handing over clients to the operations team for fulfillment
• Following up for repeat sales and referrals
• Meeting KPI goals and attending weekly sales meetings
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
• Responding to 90% of leads within 24 hours
• Converting 35–40% of consultations into closed deals
• Maintaining an average deal value of 45,000 AED or higher
• Generating monthly personal revenue of 700,000 AED+
• Achieving customer satisfaction (NPS) of 8.5 or above
Requirements:
• Russian national speakers with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar B2B sales role
• Confident, tactful, and professional client interaction
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel and closing process
• Ability to work with KPIs and CRM systems (Bitrix24 preferred)
• Knowledge of services such as company formation, visas, bank accounts, accounting – is a plus
• Proficiency in messenger-based communication, email, Zoom
• Self-discipline, high responsibility, and result-oriented mindset
Salary:
AED
7,000 to 20,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
