Sales Specialist

Kinetic is working with a leading medical device company that is hiring a sales specialist to be based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Generating leads and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Identify potential customers and establish strong relationships to expand the customer base.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers, showcasing its features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to promote the products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes related to assigned products and services.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of sales experience within the medical devices industry.
• Must have ophthalmology experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
