Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives: Business Development and Sales for home automation products and solutions from reputed manufacturers like ABB, FIBARO, Myfox, Dlink and other leading manufacturers of smart home products

Main responsibilities:
• Achieve sales and profit targets
• Nurture relationship and close deals with direct customers and through other intermediaries like interior designers, architects, consultants and contractors

Reporting to: General Manager
Other interactions: Pre Sales, design and execution team
Number required: 2
Duration: Permanent position

Desired start date: Immediate
Probation: 6 months
Working Hours: Flexible
Travel requirements: Must possess UAE driving licence

Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable for candidate with right skill set and experience
Commission / Bonus: As per company policy
Other Benefits: Transport, Mobile and other standard benefits as per UAE labor law

Requirements

• Highly motivated with professional outlook and attitude, excellent communication & demonstration skills, confidence to deal with high profile customers
• The ability to grasp technical information.
• Identify new business opportunities for smart home automation systems, client negotiation and ability to close deal, achieve targets for leads generated, top line and bottom line
• Knowledge of automation, security systems and systems integration is desirable
• Generating new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Regular interaction with direct customers, architects, builders, electrical consultants, interior designers & electrical contractors for promotion & sales of the products.
• Establish and maintain prime relationship with relevant officers of the target customers team, particularly with key decision-makers.
• To ensure overall customer satisfaction with the working of the entire system
• To personally conduct site visits to assess the technical feasibility of the product being offered
• Can work under minimum supervision
• We require quick starters, an ability to assess market size in a given territory, to establish revenue targets product wise
