Employment: Full Time

At L'Oreal the Sales Supervisor are responsible for the day to day sales operations to achieve business goals by building strong and trustful relationships with the customers and managing the sales team to reach their full potential and drives the achievement of the sell-in targets.They lead by example and embody the brand and what it stands.

- Master category and brand knowledge and transfer knowledge to the sales team through training and coaching
- Have knowledge and awareness of the professional salon market, trends and competition
- Handle key accounts and be responsible of their sell-in targets, their development as well as managing the sales team in the rest of the accounts
- Allocate the monthly target amongst the sales team (in line with the territory weight and potential new doors) and constantly follow-up on the achievement in line with the time gone.
- Coaching visits (at least 12 days a month) with the sales team across all UAE. The goal is to coach and ensure a proper implementation of the brand in the market.
- Work on commercial excellence, ensure implementation and report results: routing plan, routing efficiency (Number of visits per day, number of visits per salon per month), reporting system
- Prepare the monthly reports such as target, commissions sheets, KPIs
- Market Intelligence: Identify any cross brands synergy ( withing the L'Oreal portfolio) as well as growth opportunities ( new doors, potential salons, competition insights)
- Supervise the sales process by following up on orders, deliveries and collection of payments in a timely manner
- Ensure POSM materials are executed as per the brand guidelines and products are listed by the time of the new launch
- Coach teams to achieve their optimum potential, track performance through appraisal process & regular feedback.
