Position Title: Sales Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 13K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission
Job Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
They are one of the leading pharmaceutical manufacturers in the region

Job Description:
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics by account and salesman.
- Plan field visit with Merchandisers and Sales team to monitor their quality of work and implement sales planograms, and promotions by brand.
- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed Sales goals and quotas.
- Organize and coordinate sales & merchandisers journey plans with efficiency by Coaching, Developing and Supporting designated team.
- Monitor competitor’s activities and timely report to Line Manager and build strong relationship with Business Partners

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
- 40 years and below
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in commerce, administration, business, economics, industrial engineering, or any relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of sales and distribution supervisory or management experience in the designated cities in the UAE
- Must have own car and valid UAE driver’s license
