Employment: Full Time

Sales Strategy & Market Expansion
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company business goals and increase market share.
• Identify and acquire new customers, expand sales channels, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales models and improve performance.

Customer Management & Relationship Building
• Analyze customer needs and provide professional product consultation and tailored solutions.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints to improve service quality and maintain the company’s brand reputation.

Sales Target & Performance Management
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by developing and executing effective sales plans.
• Analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and enhance conversion rates.
• Participate in sales negotiations and develop pricing strategies to maximize profit margins.

Team Management & Training
• Guide and support the sales team, providing training to improve overall sales performance.
• Motivate team members, optimize sales processes, and enhance efficiency.
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, share experiences, and refine sales strategies.

Contract & Payment Management
• Negotiate, draft, and execute sales contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and business interests.
• Monitor order fulfillment and oversee payment collection to maintain healthy cash flow.

Requirements:

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in international trade or the Middle Eastern market.
• Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of trading processes and target industry markets.

Market & Customer Management Skills
• Strong ability to develop new markets and acquire clients; candidates with extensive industry networks are preferred.
• Familiarity with the Middle Eastern market and local business culture; experience in the region is a plus.

Negotiation & Communication Skills
• Excellent business negotiation and sales skills to drive successful deals.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills to engage effectively with international clients.

Target-Driven & Team-Oriented
• Highly goal-oriented, capable of working under pressure to meet sales targets.
• Team player with leadership capabilities to drive sales growth.

Language Proficiency
• Native speaker is Arabic, proficiency in English and Chinese .
