Job description / Role
Functional Area: Sales - Laboratory
• The Sales Supervisor-Lab Division, will responsible to achieve the sales targets as per the budget set by the company for the financial year and provide sales support by product presentations to ensure the optimal usage of all Lab products through strategic sales technique to existing and new customers.
• Should play a fundamental role in developing future growth and provide sales vision, direction and leadership to his designated team. Should also be responsible for creating and delivering sales strategies for the company in all product range in UAE in both Government and Private sectors.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Generation of Sales
• Meeting Budgets set by Management
• Create sales for products.
• Develop sales strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
• Deliver sales by developing relationships with business partners.
• Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth with the help of Sales staff.
• Provide direction to the Sales Staff & supervise them.
• Build, develop and maintain professional relationships with the company’s strategic allies/partners.
• Careful planning to achieve accurate and timely results
• Increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities.
• Plan and modify product to meet customer needs and Ensure Customer satisfaction.
• Orientation on Products in customers site
• Attend company training seminars to become familiar with product lines.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
• Bachelor/Master’s Degree – Microbiology/Biochemistry/Science/Bio- technology/ Molecular Biology;
• Preferably Arabic Male candidate
• Below 40 years
• Medical / Laboratory / Diagnostics / Medical Devices
• Sales- Laboratory
• Minimum 4-7 Years in Medical Diagnostic field (Coagulation, Chemistry, Blood Gas Analyzer, Serology, Infection diseases and point of care etc.)
