Sales Supervisor - Mobiles - IR and OR
Transguard Workforce Solutions have been engaged by our client to source Sales Supervisors for IR and OR markets for mobile sales. Our client is one of the largest mobile manufacturing companies in the world.
As a Sales Supervisor based in UAE, this role will be responsible to:
1.Hire and Training sales promoters
2.Create and implement marketing plans
3.Maximize profits
4.Maintain the sales floor and inventory
5.Track Team member’s activities and Sales and report to ASM
6.Building a team and motivating team members to achieve their goals
Requirements
The ideal candidate must hold:
1. A graduate degree
2. Sales and sales management experience in the mobile phone industry
3. A driving license and car - preferred
4. Experience with sales reporting
