We’re looking for an experienced and diligent Sales Administrator to join our clients in Dubai as a Sales Support Administrator within their sales department. Ideally, they are looking for someone who can provide essential administrative support to their sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient sales processes.
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, maintaining customer databases, preparing sales documents, coordinating meetings, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets.
Key duties of the Sales Support Administrator role include:
- Handle incoming inquiries from potential clients, directing them to the appropriate sales team member and providing necessary information as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and collation of sales proposals documents, contracts and quotations.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and ongoing projects.
- Carry out client research
- Support the Sales Department to create Sales Orders
- Support the Sales fulfilment process from initiation to delivery.
- Prepare and issue invoices including following up with clients for timely payment or communicating any payment issues to the Finance department
- Enter all new leads into the internal system
- Enter all project details into the internal system within the timeframe directed as required. Assign the task to the Sales Consultant for further action in the sales process.
- Ensure project evaluation is completed for all projects to be quoted by the Sales Consultant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing or Business Administration
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar sales administrative or support role, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales software to manage customer databases, sales pipelines, and track sales activities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English languages.
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
