Job description / Role
A highly motivated and organized Admin and Sales Support professional, to join the growing team of a leading water treatment solutions provider. This role is crucial in providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and helping to maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
• Develop monthly sales reports.
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
• Answering and screening internal and external phone calls and emails.
• Scheduling appointments for the sales department, service providers, suppliers, and customers.
• Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records.
• Keeping track of the sales team's communication with customers.
• Preparing and filing sales contracts and agreements.
• Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance.
• Liaise with the Logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Performing research toward identifying potential sales leads.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
• Maintaining Inventory in coordination with warehouse in-charge and reporting.
• Procurement and finalizing new orders to maintain the inventory stock.
• Engage with Technical topics to learn more about our products.
• Supporting the team and management during exhibitions and traveling once required
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles (preferably in water treatment, engineering, or related industries).
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Salary:
AED
4,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
