Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

An International Food Supplier Company is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team in Dubai.

Responsibilities will include:
• Daily sales and admin support for the Office Manager
• Renewal of visas/licences
• Assisting with networking events
• Internal communication back to head office
• Business Development - able to pick up the phone to speak with customers and be proactive
• Foster excellent supplier/customer relationships, with regular communication and be available to support their needs as required.
• Provide an on-going link between customers in the region and the respective functions
• Sales reporting support and customer service
• Manage and co-ordinate customer requirements with the various functional teams including but not limited to; supply chain updates, regulatory and documentation requirements, specification administration, customer complaints and general pro-active communication delivered to support a first-class customer service strategy.
• Build the MENA office intelligence data base
• Assist with research and analysis
• General administrative support for the MENA Regional Manager

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and attributes;

• Office sales and admin experience - B2B
• Good phone manner and excellent communicator
• Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills are essential
• Fluent English essential, basic competency in Arabic and French would be a distinct advantage
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, SAP competency and good aptitude for IT systems in general is essential.
• 3 years’ experience in a business support or similar customer service role
• Currently based in Dubai with experience with a multinational company
