Sales Support Engineer (Female & Arabic Candidates only)

15,000 to 20,000 AED per month
The Company
• A leading multi-national corporation with a global presence.
• They are a leading manufacturer of pumps used in the Energy & Utilities sectors.
• To support their expansion plans in the MENA region they are looking to hire a Customer Support Engineer.
The Role
• This role reports to the department manager and is focused on sales and aftermarket sales activities.
• This role is based in the Dubai office and will involve a high level of interaction with customers to provide technical support to customers and distributors.
• You will liaise with customers to select the appropriate equipment and then prepare a techno-commercial proposal.
• You will be developed in to a product expert and provide guidance to other internal departments in the business.
The Salary
Salary of 15,000 to 20,000 AED per month.

per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
The Candidate
• Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals, which will be developed with product specific training.
• 3+ years professional experience.
• Proven skills in sales and customer service.
• Candidates should be fluent in Arabic.
