Our Client is a global water solutions company, providing technology for the transport, treatment, testing and efficient water usage by municipality's utility companies, commercial and residential building services developers and within the industrial and agricultural settings. They operate globally through a number of market leading brands with a global turnover of $4 Billion.
As part of their growth strategy, our client's Dubai office is recruiting for a Sales Support Engineer to manage sales support based in Dubai.
As a Sales Support Engineer, you would be responsible for supporting the sales department regarding technical and commercial aspects. This role involves evaluating customer inquiries and assisting in the selection of appropriate equipment to meet the customer requirements. The next step would be the preparation of technical and commercial proposals. You would be handling quotations and be the reference point in all matters related to products, pricing, and technical specifications.
This would involve a level of interaction with different departments and coordinating to ensure complete and accurate information regarding quotations and the financial aspects. You would be a product expert and would be the main contact concerning the entire pre-sales and post-sales engineering support.
Requirements
* Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree required
* Minimum of 2 years experience in water/wastewater transport or treatment with strong exposure to sales and marketing
* Experience working in an engineering environment within the region
* Fluent in English and French is a must
