Sales Support Officer

Job description / Role

Sales Support Officer is reports to the Sales Manager. Coordinates sales activities between the Company branches, provides full administrative support for the Sales Team. The position requires in-depth knowledge of company sales operations, policies, and procedures. The Sales Support Officer collects and prepares information for use in discussions/meetings of sales staff.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the correspondence between the Sales Team and their Clients
- Prepare all the relevant paperwork such as contracts, quotation and other required documents for the Sales Team.
- Monitor customer accounts
- Provide data and reports to help the Sales Team
- Keep track of Sales Targets

Requirements

- Age: 27 – 37 years old
- Nationality: Any
- Education: University degree, major in related field
- Experience: Min 3 years in related industry. GCC experience preferable
- Communication skills: Fluency in English is a must and Arabic and/or French will be an advantage
- Computer skills: Must be competent in computer skills (MS Office, Power Point, Sales Force)
- Other: UAE driving license is an advantage.
