Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for ensuring seamless execution of Clients orders for the Middle East & Africa Region. Work with Clients A&C Partners, MEA Sales Team, EMEA logistics Team to resolve issues as soon as possible & mitigate order execution risks.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

- Create quotations for MEA customers
- Create Advance BOMs to ensure material availability for expected orders & reduce forecast risks
- Quality assure received orders to ensure seamless order entry by Customer Care
- Follow up with Customer Care to ensure timely order entry & recognition
- Liase with GE A&C EMEA Logistics Team to highlight material shortage risks on a quarterly basis
- Create SPAs for orders requiring special pricing & coordinate with the Sales Team on justifications in support of requests.
- Track order entry reports on BOXI & highlight discrepancies from actual
- Work with MEA Sales Team on allocation of sales by End User, Vertical Team, & Sales Person on a quarterly basis
- Generate Workflows for Updating Customer data & maintaining data accuracy in the GEIP system
- Support marketing event logistics for the Middle East Region
- Capture & Compile opportunity data from various sources to support the Middle East Sales Team

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University preferably in Business / Finance

- Detailed knowledge of GEIP Business Processes

- Excellent knowledge of : SAP, EDW, Salesforce.com

- Knowledge of the Automation Market in relevant verticals is a plus: Oil & Gas, Power, Water, Metals

- Good knowledge of GE A&C channels / System Integrators in Middle East & Africa

- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask & prioritize effectively

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Highly motivated, confident, able to work with minimal supervision

- Maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality

- Able to work effectively in a team environment

- High level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook

- Resourceful, proactive, assertive, detail oriented, energetic, & flexible attitude
