Sales Team Leader

Job description / Role

Seeking a driven Sales Team Leader for an outdoor, field-based role focused on generating new business and leading sales growth across corporate, retail, and event segments.

This is not a desk-based position. We are looking for someone who is proactive in the market, builds relationships face-to-face, and drives revenue through direct client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly revenue targets
• Conduct outdoor sales visits and actively generate new B2B partnerships
• Secure corporate accounts and event contracts
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across Dubai
• Monitor KPIs, conversions, and team performance
• Train and mentor sales executives
• Coordinate closely with operations and design teams to ensure smooth execution

* 3–5+ years of sales experience (luxury retail, events, gifting, hospitality preferred)
• Proven experience in outdoor / field sales
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• UAE driving license is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• UAE market knowledge is highly preferred

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
